Carmen Becerril, General Manager, R&D Strategic Analysis. ACCIONA.

Carmen Becerril joined Acciona in November 2004 as General Director for Strategy Analysis & R&D, being involved in the development of a lot of renewable projects. Before joining Acciona, Carmen had held senior posts in the financial area of Spain’s central government. Between 2000 and 2004 she was Director General for Energy and Mining Policy at the Finance Ministry. Previously (1998-2000) she was Director General of the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) at the Industry and Energy Ministry. Her considerable experience is completed through her membership of the Boards of Directors of REE, CLH, ENRESA and HUNOSA. During 2004-2005 she has been working in PriceWaterhouseCoopers as Director.
