Oddly enough, many banks donb4t have chgane counters WHY!! so I find its best to count it out yourself, put the money in envelopes already sorted and counted, they shouldnb4t refused, after all they are a bank, but you may get a dirty look if its not counted and sorted, hope this helps!As far as complaints go, yes the do have books, all businesses of any kind here does have a complaints book, if the complaint is SO bad, ignore that and take your gripes directly to the local Town Hall.
