'Innovation is certainly a very fashionable word, used sometimes too often, but in general society associates innovation essentially and mostly with technological innovation, wether Bankinter takes a much wider view and seeks innovation in business processes, transportation, medicine, how to provide medic care... how to do other aspects of economy, not only technological ones.'
