Corporations: New organization and new spaces

Corporations: New organization and new spaces

To adapt to the challenge of the future of work, corporations must redesign their organization and create new workspaces.

New forms of organization and leadership, purpose of corporations, innovation, smart use of technology to attract and retain the absolute best talent.

Jason Wingard

This is how emphatic FTF expert Jason Wingard is, stating that the main concern of CEOs is to have the best talent. Jason shared the cases of corporations like Google and Amazon, the two possible approaches: Google is committed to an open model where 50% of its talent is outsourced. Amazon is committed to consolidating talent in-house, continuing to hire the best and investing in continuous learning and reskilling. In fact, it will allocate over $1.2 billion to this.

Could both approaches be implemented at the same time? Jason is conclusive—if you want to be the best, you have to choose one way or another.
