He is currently the Director of Business Strategy at the Kinghorn Center for Clinical Genomics, a research center focused on improving the value and interpretation of genomics for application to patient care.
In addition, Russell presides over several biotechnology companies such as NeuClone, Oakbio and Prima Biomed.
Dr. Howard has published more than 140 scientific publications, received numerous awards and honors, and chairs the board of several companies and foundations in the United States and beyond.
