Sharon is a founding member of the EY FinTech team at EY and the lead author of the EY Global FinTech Adoption Index. Focusing on FinTech and FS ecosystems, Sharon advises startups as they grow and scale and supports incumbent firms as they invest, acquire and partner with startups. She drives the global and regional FinTech EY strategy, and collaborates across the financial services ecosystem on FinTech research and policy development. She is also currently leading Changing the Face of UK FinTech, a research and event programme on gender diversity in collaboration with Innovate Finance.
