Radboud is a partner at Finch Capital, a Series A/B investor in high-growth fintech companies led by exceptional entrepreneurs. Its mission is to fund and support the best entrepreneurs by creating products that will shape the future of finance. Prior to launching the firm and first fund in 2013, Radboud was a partner at McKinsey & Company, focused on financial services, PE, and mergers and acquisitions. He co-led the Digital Banking Global Benelux Private Equity practice and was a member of the EMEA Banking Leadership.
