Information on the Use of Personal Data
1. Who is the data controller?
The controller of your personal data is Fundación de la Innovación (hereinafter, “the Foundation”) with CIF G83700187 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 29, 28046, Madrid – Spain.
2. For what purposes do we process your data?
The data provided by you will be processed to:
- Gestionar la correcta inscripción, proceso de selección previo mediante la realización de entrevistas personales y gestión del curso específico de formación de la Fundación (Akademia).
- Ponernos en contacto con Usted para enviarle a través de cualquier canal (incluidos los electrónicos), publicaciones de la Fundación.
- Publicar imágenes y vídeos en la página web de la Fundación (Akademia) y Redes Sociales de la Fundación, conforme al documento de cesión de derechos de imagen.
3. What are the legitimate bases for the processing of your data?
Purpose 1.- Pre-contractual/contractual performance.
Purposes 2, 3 and 4.- Consent of the interested party.
4. Who will receive your data?
We inform you that your contact details will be transferred to the University of which you are a student, so that it can confirm this condition and be able to include you in the selection process.
The data provided will not be transferred to other third parties, unless legally obliged.
5.- What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?
You may, in the cases and to the extent established by the applicable regulations at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of your data.
To exercise these rights, you may contact the Foundation by email fundacionbankinter@bankinter.com. You are also informed of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6.- What is the origin of your data and what categories of data do we process?
The data processed for the purposes described above in point 2 have been provided by you in the Foundation’s registration form (Akademia) or via email akademiafibk@bankinter.com. In relation to the images, they will be obtained on the occasion of their participation in events of the Foundation (Akademia).
The categories of data that the Foundation will process are:
- Datos identificativos: Nombre y apellidos
- Datos de Contacto: Teléfono y correo electrónico
- Datos Profesionales y académicos: Linkedin, Curriculum Vitae y universidad a la que pertenece
- Características Personales: Inquietudes profesionales.
7.- For what period will we keep your data?
In the event that you have been admitted to the course for which you have registered, the Foundation will keep the personal data for as long as it is necessary for its management and provided that you have not exercised your right of opposition and/or deletion. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.
In the event that you have not been accepted, the personal data will be deleted at the end of the admission period and will be kept blocked in order to comply with any legal obligations of the Foundation.
