- A global strategy is not always adapted to the local. From his experience in marketing, Ramón found that what was created in Germany did not work in Spain.
- Working with a diverse group of people enriches you a lot. Ramón got a Fulbright scholarship to do an MBA at Harvard, which transformed and enriched his professional career.
- Entrepreneurs are not born, they are made. Training is essential. This is another of his learnings from his time at Harvard.
- You learn more from failures than from successes.
- From his time at Boursorama, he confirmed that the financial markets in Europe are very different and it is impossible to replicate strategies since both the products, the customers or the competition are very different.
- After his entrepreneurial experience, he understood that in internet businesses it is only worth launching and testing, since market studies fail, despite being proven in other markets.
