José Miguel Pascual

He is Director of Indra’s Innovation Centres, specializing in Electronic Defence and technology integration. With 36 years of experience as RF/MW engineer, R&D engineer, system engineer, and technical leader, he has introduced ELINT, digital reception, and DRFM into Indra’s RWR/ESM/ECM portfolio. He has collaborated extensively with Spanish Defence Forces and international projects, contributing to research and product development. Dedicated to talent development, he maintains strong ties with universities, serves on advisory boards, and actively participates in industry groups such as the Association of Old Crows, speaking at numerous technical and military events worldwide.
