Following a 25-year executive career at Eli Lilly & Co., he founded Columbus Venture Partners ten years ago and went on to serve as CEO of Viralgen Vector Core. With a degree in Mathematics and an MBA, he brings together deep technical and business expertise with a strong commitment to social impact as co-founder of Fundación Columbus. In 2023, he received the Tambor de Oro from the City of San Sebastián in recognition of his contribution to positioning the city as a leading center for biosciences innovation.
