Ulla has worked in the area of organizational development for 20 years. Her passions are team learning, self-organizing teams, and ways to make the most of human potential.

One of his areas of interest is the “leadership of tomorrow” and how it relates to self-directed learning and self-organizing teams.

In addition to team coaching, he has extensive experience in change management processes in different organizations and environments, both in Finland and abroad.
