Rafael Rebolleda

Rafael is an experienced strategic designer and researcher, professor at business schools and universities, entrepreneur, lecturer, writer and mentor. In his more than 20 years of experience, he has led multidisciplinary teams in international corporations and startups, creating products and services for consumers around the world, which have received various awards and awards. He is an expert in driving digital transformation and organizational change focused on the customer.

This experience is complemented by an MBA in Digital Transformation, a Master’s degree in Strategic Knowledge Management and the open program Fab Academy at MIT. He has also been teaching and training for most of his career, from in-house teams to universities. He has founded several pioneering programs, including ESNE’s Master in User Experience (UX) or IE’s Master in Customer Experience and Innovation, where he is also a mentor and advisor to students.
