Javier de Felipe
A research professor at the Cajal Institute (CSIC) specialising in the study of brain microanatomy, Dr de Felipe holds a PhD in biology from the Complutense University (Madrid).
He currently directs the Cajal Blue Brain project – a Spanish partner of the Blue Brain Project of EPFL (Switzerland) – and is the Scientific Leader of Subproject 1 of the Human Brain Project (HBP) and a member of the Science and Infrastructure Council of the HBP.
