Information on the Use of Personal Data

1. Who is the data controller?

The controller of your personal data is Fundación de la Innovación Bankinter (hereinafter, “the Foundation”) with CIF G83700187 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 29, 28046, Madrid – Spain.

2. For what purposes do we process your data?

The data provided by you will be processed to:

1. – Manage your registration as a user on the Startup Observatory platform.

2. – Contact you to send you through any channel (including electronic ones), publications of the Foundation and/or invitations to future events that you organize.

3. What are the legitimate bases for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is:

Purpose 1.- Pre-contractual execution.

Purpose 2.- Consent of the interested party.

4. Who will receive your data?

The data provided will not be transferred to other third parties, unless legally obliged.

5.- What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?

You may, in the cases and to the extent established by the applicable regulations at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of your data.

To exercise these rights, you may contact the Foundation by email fundacionbankinter@bankinter.com. You are also informed of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6.- What is the origin of your data and what categories of data do we process?

The data processed for the purposes described above in point 2 have been provided by you through the form in the Startup Observatory on the Foundation’s website.

The categories of data that the Foundation will process are: name and surname and email.

7.- For what period will we keep your data?

The Foundation will keep the personal data for the purposes for which they have been collected during the time that you are a user of the Startup Observatory platform, provided that you have not revoked your consent or exercised the right of deletion.

Subsequently, your data will be blocked and kept for the period necessary to comply with possible legal obligations of the Foundation. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.
