Javier Ventura-Traveset has more than 25 years of experience in the Space Sector, particularly in the Systems Engineering and Mission positions; International project management, R&D strategy, management of scientific activities and high-level corporate strategy.

He currently has dual management responsibilities at ESA: as Director of the Galileo Navigation Science Office, for the Directorates of Navigation and Satellite Science, and as Advisor to the Director of ESA’s European Space Astronomy Center, ESAC.
