Antonio Mesquida

He is a former Senior Director of Product Marketing & Business Development at ASML, overseeing a large part of the company’s DUV products. With over 30 years in microelectronics, he has held senior leadership roles at Siemens, Infineon, AIXTRON, and ASML. He earned his PhD in semiconductor technology from RWTH Aachen and completed executive programs at INSEAD. Antonio has driven innovation in lithography, EUV sources, and market intelligence, managing multi-billion-euro portfolios. He is currently advising large public and private institutions in semiconductor related matters, next to his role as business angel and advisor in deep-tech and green-tech startups, with a global network across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
