Aviva Sufian

Aviva Sufian, is a passionate leader and advocate in the field of aging. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, Aviva worked in the Obama Administration, focusing on a range of issues related to aging and disability. While at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, she was appointed as the first Special Envoy for U.S. Holocaust Survivor Services. She was also Director of Regional Operations at the Administration for Community Living.

She previously worked as an Associate Commissioner for External Affairs and Senior Advisor to the Commissioner at the U.S. Social Security Administration, as a Senior Policy Analyst for the New York City Department for the Aging, and as a Planning Executive at the UJA Federation of New York, where Aviva presented an innovation and social impact agenda for urban aging.
