Caroline Baylon

Caroline is a specialist in cybersecurity, Internet governance, and scientific and technological aspects of international security.

Prior to joining Chatham House, Caroline served as vice president of the Center for Strategic Decision Research, a global security think tank in Paris. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Internet Social Sciences from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Stanford University.
