César Pérez -Chirinos

César is currently chair of the mirror committee of the ISO 307 Technical Committee on blockchain and distributed ledger at the Spanish Organization for Standardization (UNE) and acts as an IT risk expert at a large financial institution. Previously, he was a member of the Cabinet of the Secretary General of Finance and International Finance of Spain. In his role as FinTech Advisor, he was advising on all disruptive information technologies (cloud, big data, artificial intelligence, internet of things, blockchain, etc.) and, as a member of the OECD’s Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board (BEPAB), he brought the visions of the Spanish public sector to the future OECD regulatory recommendation on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
