Douglas Robinson
Originally a physicist and space scientist, he now shapes global policy as a Policy Advisor at the OECD on frontier technologies and strategic intelligence. He specializes in anticipatory impact assessments and mission-oriented innovation policies, holding a PhD from the University of Twente in anticipatory governance of emerging technologies. After serving as co-director of the LISIS lab in Paris and a research scientist at CNRS. At the OECD, recent work has included, horizon scanning, synthetic biology and AI, quantum technologies, advanced materials and a range of other frontier technologies.
