Iryna Gurevych

Iryna Gurevych is a German computer scientist, professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Technical University of Darmstadt and Director of the Laboratory for Ubiquitous Knowledge Processing. He has a strong background in natural language processing and machine learning. Iryna Gurevych has published more than 350 articles in international conferences and journals, is a member of the program and congress committees of more than 50 high-level conferences (ACL, EACL, NAACL, etc.) and is a reviewer for DFG, Volkswagen Foundation, ERC, DAAD and BMBF. She has been an ELLIS Fellow since 2020, has been selected as a 2020 ACL Fellow for her outstanding work in natural language processing and machine learning, and has received several awards, including an ERC Advanced Grant in 2022.
