After that, he held senior HR positions in international companies.

She is the author of “Focus in the Age of Distraction,” a book that analyzes the impact of digital technology on our well-being and ways of working. It delves into the intersection of humans and technology, challenging us to look at the impact technology is having on our work, well-being, and happiness.

Jane’s consulting, training, and coaching approach is a direct result of her psychology education, her business experience, and her practical, results-oriented attitude.
