Javier del Ser, is the Technology Director of the optima area at tecnalia research & innovation, specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics for applications in smart grids, telecommunications, and smart mobility. With dual PhDs in Electrical Engineering and Signal Processing, Machine Learning, and Optimization, Javier has published over 240 research papers. A senior IEEE member and recipient of the “Talent of Bizkaia” award, he actively contributes to international conferences in his field.
