Dr Jekaterina “Jeka” is CEO and Founder of Syenta, an ANU spin-out developing Localised Electrochemical Manufacturing (LEM), enabling micron-scale interconnects for advanced semiconductor packaging and tackling the AI “memory wall.” She holds a Master’s in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen and a Ph.D. from ANU, where she invented the electrochemical additive manufacturing method behind LEM. She leads a multidisciplinary team working with global foundries and OSATs to integrate LEM into scalable, energy-efficient packaging for AI, memory and quantum applications.
