Ken Phua

He is a semiconductor executive with over >20 years of global experience in IC design, strategy development, and business leadership. He holds a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Manchester and has held senior roles at ARM, including VP of Global Technology Strategy and interim CEO/COO at ARM China. His experience spans across semiconductor IP, ecosystem development, investment and M&A across Asia and Europe. Ken is currently active in deep-tech ventures and advisory, contributing to the SE Asia semiconductor ecosystem, and driving next generation intelligent cockpit innovation in automotive.
