Kyle Corkum

Kyle Corkum is an executive partner and co-founder of LStar Ventures, the development company leading the creation of Union Point, a 1,550-acre smart city that forms just outside of Boston.

Kyle and his team have worked diligently with state and local officials to remove the obstacles that have plagued the development of this tract of land for nearly two decades. Once completed, Union Point will become the paradigm of smart cities with advanced technology and provide significant benefits to the surrounding area through business growth, high-quality job opportunities and community development. Union Point will comprise nearly 4,000 homes and apartments, and 10 million square feet of balanced commercial development space with more than 1,000 acres of green space and 50 miles of hiking/biking trails.
