Maria Parga

A mathematician specializing in operations research with more than three decades of experience in the financial sector, she is considered one of the national experts in regulatory compliance, having been secretary of the IBEX Indices for twenty years. She was also Coordinating Director of Sociedad de Bolsas, the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System, General Director of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles Innova and in its last stage, dedicated to open innovation with a focus on blockchain, Promoter, co-founder and currently Honorary President of Alastria, the first Blockchain consortium in Spain with more than 550 internationally renowned partners.
