Michael Schrage

Michael Shcrage examines the various roles of models, prototypes, and simulations as collaborative means of managing innovation risk. He has served as an advisor on innovation and investment issues to large companies such as Mars, Procter & Gamble, Google, Intel, BT, Siemens, NASDQ, IBM and Alcoa. In addition, Schrage has advised segments of the national security community on cyber and cybersecurity issues. He has presented workshops on design experimentation and innovative risk for business, organization, and executive education programs around the world.
