Naomi Tsai

Naomi is an innovation designer, headhunter and coach of professionals. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College. Before entering the world of linking innovation and design almost 15 years ago, she worked as a designer, engineer and researcher for Jaguar Cars, LED in Tokyo, Ross Lovegrove in London and a leading nanotechnology company in Germany. These experiences allowed him to understand both the needs of business and those of the most talented professionals.

After having lived the construction of positive partnerships with various types of organizations, public administrations and startups, Naomi seeks to continue working with great leaders internationally and promote great specialists, brands and organizations around design.
