His focus has always been on emerging technologies, understanding them and leveraging them to create meaningful products and services that have a positive impact on people’s lives. She is a passionate leader who empowers teams to solve the right problems with simplicity, effectiveness, and integrity.

As a design executive, Pamela brings the customer-centric approach to innovation and agile product development practices, in areas as diverse as connected cars, urban mobility, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. He is currently exploring the intersection between design, research, data, and ethics. He believes that it is essential for designers to be deeply involved in building new practices to address the social and cultural changes that are taking place.
