Raquel Puente

I direct the Akademia and InspiraTech programs at the Bankinter Innovation Foundation. I accompany young university students so that they understand the trends that will mark the future and develop their capacity to innovate, and I collaborate with scientists from different disciplines so that their research becomes solutions with real impact. I am part of the company selection committee of the Cre100do Foundation, where we identify and select companies with high growth potential.

I am a molecular biologist from the University of Santiago de Compostela and I have a Green & Tech Executive MBA from the School of Industrial Organization. I have worked at the Biomedical Research Institute of A Coruña (INIBIC) and in the areas of investment, financing and sustainability at Bankinter. This combination of scientific, technological, and financial experiences defines my understanding of innovation.

I am passionate about continuous learning; I have been part of programs at MIT and Harvard to broaden my vision of innovation, technology, and leadership. I enjoy helping to transform ideas into viable solutions and accompanying those who want to lead that change, connecting people, knowledge and purpose.
