Raúl Torres

Raul Torres, a 31-year-old Spanish entrepreneur, is the CEO and co-founder of PLD Space, the Spanish start-up that aims to be the world leader in providing scientific and commercial access to space for small satellites and payloads.

With his current team of 50 people, Raul Torres, as system designer for the MIURA 1 and MIURA 5 launchers, is leading the new space launcher revolution in Europe. In May 2018, PLD Space raised a €10 million investment round.
