Sharon Chen

Sharon is a founding member of the EY FinTech team at EY and lead author of the EY Global FinTech Adoption Index. Focusing on the FinTech and FS ecosystems, Sharon advises startups as they grow and scale and supports established companies as they invest, acquire, and partner with startups. He drives the global and regional strategy of FinTech EY, and collaborates across the financial services ecosystem on FinTech research and policy development. She is also currently leading Changing the Face of UK FinTech, a research and events programme on gender diversity in collaboration with Innovate Finance.
