Subu Goparaju

Subrahmanyam (Subu) Goparaju is a co-founder, CTO and member of the board of LeaderAmp. Prior to LeaderAmp, he was Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Board of Infosys, where he led the company’s research and technology innovation division (Infosys Labs). Subu began his career as a software engineer at Infosys and spent 25 years there before turning to innovation coaching and venture capital.

At Infosys, Subu played several key roles in customer management, service delivery, business development, and technology research and innovation. He was a key leader and member of several strategic transformation programs for the company over the years. Subu established various research and innovation relationships with many universities, research institutes, and startup groups around the world, including in Silicon Valley, Europe, Israel, and Australia. Subu is also a co-founder and director of Excubator Consulting, a startup incubator and corporate startup advisory. He is an angel investor in early stage startups with a particular interest in coaching, healthcare and cybersecurity.
