Most recently, Uschi joined APM, an Australian-based company with business activity in Europe and North America, as President of Healthcare.

Uschi is also a non-executive director on the board of directors of Domino’s (DPE), which works in 10 countries. She is Chair of the Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Business Advisory Boards for Germany and Australia/New Zealand.

She continues to work as a consultant in business and market strategy, as well as an executive coach.
Between April 2019 and August 2020, Uschi was also a member of EY, Digital Society and Innovation.

Uschi has an international profile and is recognized as a transformational leader with extensive experience driving change in large and complex organizations. Originally from Germany, Uschi has lived and worked in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia with experience in mature and emerging markets.

Until 2018, Uschi Schreiber was a member of the Global Executive Board of EY, the global professional services firm. Here he was responsible for EY’s account and industry-focused go-to-market approach, and its globally integrated planning across service lines, sectors and geographies. This included responsibility for the smooth delivery of international services to EY’s largest global clients.

Prior to joining EY, Uschi was a successful CEO of a multi-million dollar healthcare organization in Australia. She has significant experience as a senior civil servant in the Government, leading social, economic and legislative reform processes.

He is passionate about working in business building and working with people in organizing and improving the system. She is a sought-after public speaker and blogger, contributing to public debate on topics such as technology, disruption, leadership, gender, and health.

Uschi is a leader in advancing women’s issues in an international context. She initiated EY’s global Women.Fastforward program on gender parity and is the founder of the Global Network of Women Public Sector Leaders. A regular participant at the World Economic Forum, she has also served on the WEF Government’s Agenda for the Future Council and has acted as an advisor to the Global Forum of Women Political Leaders.

Uschi holds academic qualifications at master’s level from universities in Australia and Germany.
