Lori Bitter provides strategic consulting, research and development for companies seeking to engage with mature consumers at The Business of Aging. She is the former president of J Walter Thompson’s mature consumer division - JWT Boom, and also Continuum Crew and Crew Media, and owner of Eons.com. She is one of Next Avenue’s Top 50 Influencers in Aging for 2017 and the author of The Grandparent Economy. Bitter is interested in the world’s aging population, infrastructure needs, public policy, and the business response to it.
