Jason shared the cases of Google and Amazon, the two possible approaches: Google is committed to an open model where 50% of its talent is outsourced. Amazon is committed to consolidating talent in-house, continuing to hire the best and investing in continuous learning and reskilling. In fact, it will allocate over $1.2 billion to this.
