Pedro Guerrero

Pedro Guerrero has been Chairman of Bankinter from March 2007 to March 2024.

He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. He is a State Attorney, Exchange and Stock Exchange Agent and Notary Public of Madrid, the latter on leave of absence. He was President of the Governing Society of the Madrid Stock Exchange and of the Stock Exchange Company.

In addition, he was Founding Partner and Vice President of A.B. Asesores Bursátiles, S.A. and President of A.B. Asesores Gestión and A.B. Asesores Red. Since March 2005 he has been a Director of PROSEGUR, S.A. He is also a Director of Lealtad Desarrollo, SCR, S.A., President of Valores Darro, SICAV, S.A., and Joint and Several Administrator of Corporación Villanueva, S.A.
