If we can combine emerging innovations with the will to change of companies and professionals we can open the door to an incredibly positive future. We must rethink and redefine the meaning of success, both from an individual and business angle: generating wealth, promoting well-being and health, and supporting social and environmental sustainability are all part of a whole that defines success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second determining factor lies in the strong social relations component of work, which is intrinsic to human beings. Besides providing economic means, work weaves interpersonal networks that give us a sense of purpose and belonging.
