El proyecto&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sypartners.com\/news\/the-powerful-now-an-syp-ideo-collaboration\/\">The Powerful Now<\/a>&nbsp;de la compa\u00f1\u00eda&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ideo.com\/eu\"><strong>Ideo<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;es una propuesta muy interesante, que parte de la premisa de que&nbsp;<strong>el esquema tradicional de las tres etapas de la vida se est\u00e1 quedando obsoleto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tecnolog\u00eda nos permite crecer como individuos y ser mejores, m\u00e1s fuertes y m\u00e1s aptos. La inteligencia artificial y la rob\u00f3tica nos puede ayudar a ser mejores personas de acuerdo con los intereses y metas de cada uno. En definitiva, se trata de fomentar que la gente tenga un mejor desempe\u00f1o, m\u00e1s relevancia, m\u00e1s capacidad de reinvenci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s posibilidades en la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;<strong>educaci\u00f3n afecta tambi\u00e9n a nuestra visi\u00f3n de las personas mayores.<\/strong>&nbsp;La red global de innovaci\u00f3n&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aging2.com\/\"><strong>Aging2.0<\/strong><\/a>, dirigida por el experto del&nbsp;<strong>FTF<\/strong>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/experts\/stephen-johnston\/\"><strong>Stephen Johnston<\/strong><\/a>, habla de una nueva concepci\u00f3n de este grupo de edad, en el que \u00e9ste deja de ser s\u00f3lo receptor de productos y servicios y pasa a tener un papel activo. Para ello, hay que entender qu\u00e9 necesitan las personas mayores y eso es algo que ellas pueden saber mejor que los j\u00f3venes. Esto se recoge tambi\u00e9n en&nbsp;<strong>Aging2.0<\/strong>, donde apuestan por colaborar, concebir y dise\u00f1ar nuevos productos entre las distintas generaciones en conjunto, de forma interactiva. Para ello es importante definir qu\u00e9 habilidades son m\u00e1s propias de cada grupo de edad. Por ejemplo,&nbsp;<strong>tanto la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas complejos como la toma de decisiones son dos habilidades que mejoran con la edad<\/strong>&nbsp;y que una red de mentores podr\u00eda transmitir a la gente joven, algo a lo que la tecnolog\u00eda podr\u00eda contribuir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si con educaci\u00f3n se consiguen transmitir estos conceptos, las empresas valorar\u00edan m\u00e1s a las personas mayores.
