{"id":29703,"date":"2021-07-28T09:50:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-28T07:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/noticias\/what-will-the-work-of-the-future-be-like\/"},"modified":"2025-12-18T13:05:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T12:05:00","slug":"what-will-the-work-of-the-future-be-like","status":"publish","type":"noticias","link":"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/news\/what-will-the-work-of-the-future-be-like\/","title":{"rendered":"What will the work of the future be like?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teleworking, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/category\/tecnologia\/inteligencia-artificial\/\">artificial intelligence<\/a> and robotics, collaborative economy platforms, virtual and augmented reality, new social networks such as Twitch, are trends that, accelerated by the pandemic, are entering our lives and will define the work of the future.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we add to technological trends the promising <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/category\/tecnologia\/quantum-computing\/\">quantum computing <\/a> and social trends such as increasing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/category\/futuro-social\/longevidad\/\">longevity<\/a>, the fight against inequality and against the deterioration of the environment, we find ourselves at a unique juncture in the world of work; at the same time full of uncertainties, illusions and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, the Bankinter Innovation Foundation is currently holding its Future Trends Forum <em>think tank<\/em> in Madrid, with a focus on what the future of work will be like: a space for reflection on the challenges and opportunities that arise, so that it allows us to actively identify the most cutting-edge innovations that will accelerate a positive change in the way we live.  We work and enjoy leisure in the next 5 to 10 years.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This edition of the Future Trends Forum brings together some of the most powerful international and national minds in this field. Her reports and research focus on the changing nature of work and its impact on education.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/tammy-erickson\/\">Tammy Erickson<\/a>, McKinsey Award-winning author and widely respected expert on new forms of leadership, collaboration and innovation, talent and productivity, and the nature of work in the smart economy. She was recently named one of the 50 most influential living management thinkers in the world. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/experts\/nacho-rodriguez\/nacho-rodriguez-2\/\">Nacho Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>, founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.repeople.co\/\">repeople.co<\/a>, a platform that creates ecosystems for teleworkers. As we pointed out in our latest Future Trends Forum report, &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/category\/futuro-social\/confianza\/\">Trust in the Digital Age<\/a>&#8220;, a company&#8217;s purpose, focused on economic, social and environmental sustainability, is a critical factor in attracting talent and determining where consumers decide to spend their money. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.- Innovation and <strong>business resilience<\/strong>.
