But there are many types of innovation and above all you can innovate in different places and activities. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/experts\/larry-keeley\/\">Larry Keeley<\/a>, an expert at the Bankinter Innovation Foundation and President and Co-founder of Doblin Inc., is an innovation strategist who has dedicated his entire professional career to developing effective innovation methods, he summarizes what innovation is in &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.doblin.com\/ten-types\">10 Types of Innovation<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>In his book &#8220;10 Types of Innovation&#8221; he describes the different types of innovation that can be found in a project or company and <strong>how they must be combined to make innovation effective.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to Larry Keeley, the different kinds of innovation that exist are structured into three categories:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/documents\/165827\/166596\/10+tipos+de+innovacion.png\/5421b38c-2bf7-441d-a3b6-6e9bb9e6d2a3?t=1508313716492\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/en\/news\/10-types-of-innovation-ii-organizational-innovation\/\">Innovation in the Structure<\/a>.<\/strong> This category brings together innovations related to the structure and configuration of the business, organization or company. They can be innovations related to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business model<\/li>\n<li>Network, networks and relationships of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Organizational structure<\/li>\n<li>Management processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Innovation in the Offer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/blog\/noticia\/fundacion\/10-tipos-de-innovacion-iii-innovacion-en-la-oferta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovation in the Supply<\/a>. <\/strong>This category focuses on the products and services offered by the company and innovations that are related to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Functionalities of those products or services<\/li>\n<li>Systems of products or services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Innovation in Experience\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionbankinter.org\/blog\/noticia\/fundacion\/10-tipos-de-innovacion-iv-innovacion-en-la-experiencia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Innovation in Experience<\/a><\/strong>. This section includes innovations related to the organization&#8217;s customer and consumer interaction systems.
