INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Who is the data controller?

The controller of your personal data is Fundación de la Innovación Bankinter (hereinafter, “the Foundation”) with CIF G83700187 and registered office at Paseo de la Castellana, 29, 28046, Madrid – Spain.

2. For what purposes do we process your data?

The data provided by you will be processed to manage and respond to your question or suggestion that you may have for the Foundation and that is sent through the contact form and for subsequent communication with you to give you a complete response to it.

3. What is the legitimate basis for processing your data?

The legitimate basis for the processing of your data is the consent given by you when sending your question or suggestion. Therefore, refusal to provide the requested personal data, or the provision of inaccurate or incomplete data, may make it impossible to process your request.

4.- Who will receive your data?

The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, unless legally obliged.

5.- What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?

You may, in the cases and to the extent established by the applicable regulations at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of your data.

To exercise these rights, you may contact the Foundation by email fundacionbankinter@bankinter.com. You are also informed of your right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6.- What is the origin of your data and what categories of data do we process?

The data processed for the purpose described above in point 2 has been provided by you in the contact form on the Foundation’s website.

The categories of data that the Foundation will process are: name and surname and email.

7.- For what period will we keep your data?

The Foundation will keep the personal data for the period necessary for the resolution of the question or suggestion provided that it has not exercised its right of opposition and/or deletion. Subsequently, your data will be blocked and kept for a maximum period of 12 months in order to comply with possible legal obligations of the Foundation. After this period, the data will be definitively deleted.
