Ana Cremades

Her research focuses on semiconducting materials, including wide band gap thin films and oxide nanostructures, integrating synthesis and defect engineering with applications in sensing, energy, optoelectronics, and emerging platforms for photonics and quantum technologies. Ana has led numerous national and European projects, published extensively, holds patents, and supervised multiple Ph.D. theses. She collaborates with industry to bridge fundamental research and applied solutions and contributes to discussions on semiconductor strategy, innovation policy, and deep-tech ecosystem development.
