Adela Balderas
PhD in Business Administration and Administration, and lecturer at Deusto Business School. Adela is also a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and an affiliate professor at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Lecturer and contributor to the economic newspaper Expansión, she is the author of ‘Reinvent your leadership: 12 keys to managing teams’.
In addition, Adela is a project mentor for Akademia students.
