Caroline specializes in cyber security, internet governance, and the science and technology aspects of international security. Prior to joining Chatham House, Caroline served as vice president of the Center for Strategic Decision Research, a think tank on global security in Paris. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Social Science of the Internet from University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford  University.
