Having spent three decades in government service as a soldier, doctor, professor, explorer, and scientist solving complex problems. He finished my government career as a Colonel and ultimately a Senior Government Executive at DARPA. Through service in three wars and numerous other missions on 6 continents I have seen the full range of challenges facing humanity. Now he lives and works in Lancaster Pennsylvania, a welcoming community of people who have sought refuge from persecution and who have a love of the land, a respect for the arts, and are nurturing a growing biotechnology sector, focusing on understanding how the wonders of biology link us to all other people and to the rich diversity of life on this planet.
