Jesus Serrano’s career has been linked with GMV almost since its foundation. He began by working for the European Space Agency in Germany and joined GMV in 1986 as a specialist flight-dynamics engineer. He then worked his way up through jobs of increasing responsibility: head of the avionics and flight-dynamics division (1989-1997), head of the space systems and engineering business unit (1997-2000) and general manager of space and defense (2001-2009).
