Khoo Teng Chye is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development, Singapore.
Khoo Teng Chye was Executive Director of PUB, the National Water Agency of Singapore (2003 to 2011). He is also the chairman of the Ministry of Human Resources, the Governing Board of the Singapore Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (WSH) and is a member of the Chief Minister’s Advisory Committee for the formation of the New Capital for the state of Andhra Pradesh. , India.
